Just wanna to ask some help.
 

Hi all, great to find this place and hope the webmasters here can give me a hand on the model record document format which is 2257 Compliance. My attorney is in holiday and I need to draw a document for our new production term to keep model record. I'm not talking the statement which show on the website, rather I'm talking about the document which include model information... and kept by custodian.
