I am looking for offshore merchant accounts and credit card processing.
 

I have been doing extensive research on the subject and have come up with a few good leads.

I am still waiting to hear back from a bunch of places, but wanted to ask you guys if you had any ideas.

I'm not sure if netbilling is offshore, but I've heard a lot of good things about them.

netbilling can help in applying both US and offshore merchant a/c. For US a/c, there is no min. volume need. For offshore merchant a/c, you need to provide processing history (at least 6 months) at a volume of at least USD$35,000.

More, whatever you apply merchant from netbilling or some other where, netbilling can process transaction for you.

By unfortunately but not sure, netbilling don't accept new merchant a/c currently. However, they are process transaction for you if you already have a merchant a/c.
