I would have searched, but it is down.

I am looking for foreign sponsor programs (not North American). I just want some sites that are of foreign origin on my sites to give a nice balance. It doesn't matter where they are from Europe, Asia, etc...

SPAM me I will use your ref codes fo sure. I am having some difficulties finding them. Dialer sponsors are welcome as well.
