I really dont want to incorp in the US, can any of you suggest a good billing solution for Canadians?

If you don't want to go the US route, you're always able to go overseas.

Verotel is working fine so far.

I'm looking for a Canadian billing solution for products as well. Probilling looks good for eChecks, and have an office in Calgary, but what about CC processing?

I have a solution for you.....in fact there are a ton of canadian merchants going with this route just in the last couple of weeks....

Description of Business model,
monthly volumes,
chargeback history,
URLs,

if things look good it is taking about 72 to 96 hours to get accounts set up for canadians...

So for the moment Canadians are fucked!

Axeman, you can incorporate overseas and go for the EU processors if you can't find a processor that will take your account in Canada. If it's memberships, I believe the only way you can go without incorporating in the US is by going the EU route. You also save on the Visa fees (for now anyway)

Not true! There are still companies who process credit cards for Canadians! :thumbsup

Far from it, Canadian online porn is in a lot better shape than it will be soon in the USA. Why do you think a lot of big companies have been moving their shit up here?

True, companies worried about where US law may be headed, etc. have been moving here.

Verotel only supports membership sites... not shopping carts. I'd rather not go offshore.
