Branding is the key to successful marketing. If many items (from clothes, food, cars, etc) didn't have a certain branding, than nobody would buy it...Especially when a lot of those items have such large price tags.

I hear him say in an interview that he felt wierd calling his tower after himself, but as a suggestion to him he did it. Now it's a brand and ended up being the smart thing to do.

I think there many other successful companies on earth that do not contain some stuck up pricks last name. Eg: Coke, Microsoft. I etc.
