Got approved for $500,000 for my new house in Scottsdale.

All in less then an hour.

Yep Yep.. you did it right... Get the loan, then get the house...

YOu could find a house and goto a bank to try and get financed and before you get thru the bullshit your house you want is already sold...

Seen it plenty of times with friends who waited to get financed..

Know exactly what you got to work with, then go for it..

You can call the shots with the bank and the sellers with half down and a pre approval letter :)
