A site that converts is by far the best way. Make galleries yourself to push your own product. Webmasters surf and will give it a try and if they make money from it the word will spread. Nasty Dollars is a perfect example of this.

Posting on the message board also helps. People see a new program they will click. Offer a webmasters referral as well.
