Actually, those 'fucks', as you call them, answer most emails that get to them.

MaxCash or Maximum Cash is a class outfit. Don't call them fucks. Make sure you email actually arrived. Not like emails are 100%.

They also have a forum and a real support team, too.

And FYI - I did just get a reply form Rich... but has yet to be shown the issue will get taken care of. I hope it does, and his reply is the first step.
