Like just about all of you, I've had my occasional run ins with people online that just tried to fuck up my day.

You ever visit a message board or chat room or get dumb ass instant messages and email from that ONE person you'ld love to beat senseless with a baseball bat?

Young, old, rich, poor. We've all had that one pain in the ass that followed us around being a nuisance.

Well my story is I had a royal pain in the ass kid who tried to drive me crazy on AOL. He was a menace. Prozac strung-out latch-key asswipe with rich parents who left him alone with thousands of bucks worth of equipment.

Well after about 8 months of this shitheel driving everyone crazy he makes the common mistake of emailing one of his hacker pals but has my email address in his system and so the email comes to me. I got hold of his parents and lo and behold found out his dad's sister went to college with me. That's when 2 and 2 fit together. I used to give his aunt comics and draw her picture. This kid figured it was a family tradition now to nag me. Welllllll, turns out his father had been wanting an excuse to put a belt to his ass for years but his mother was one of those psychiatrist mother types figuring she could talk him into behaving.

So me and his dad worked out a plan and when the family came to the arboretum for a visit his dad and aunt were with him. I shows up and hide near the main lobby soda machines and they sit down at the picnic tables. His dad comes over and tells me to just walk up to the table with the kid sittin' with his back to me. So I did and then his dad and aunt just egged him on to mention me. Kid went into a tantrum and his dad says " You mean that guy standing behind you?"

This kid slowly turns around, takes a look at me ( he saw my pic on our company website ) and literally shit a brick. His older sister was there and fell off the bench screaming in laughter. It was so funny we couldn't be angry with him. He was sooooo busted he had no where to turn. Scared too. We let into him for screwing around online and let him know we wouldn't tolerate it.

Now a few days later his mother emails me saying how she could never get through to this kid but now he's all behaved and shit.

Since then, the kid went to college, works in internet security and law enforcement. He's a good friend now and says if I hadn't stepped in his ass he woulda ended up on drugs and in jail.

Sometimes the web can be very ironic.

I remember when I first got to LA I was working for AOL and had one of my AOL shirts on. I go into the first fucking store I see to get some coffee and dude behind the counter starts blabbing about AOL and a chat room he went to frequently and how a host there was such an asshole and how if he ever met him he'd punch his lights out. I says which chat room and it turned out to be one I worked in! I says which host, and lo and behold it was me! I plays it coy and says how that host is such a jerk and such and he continues on about all the shit he was doing to the chat room to disrupt stuff. So I'm standing there trying to keep a straight face and says to him how I met the host and the guy is monster, a real freakin' killer. And how he lives in LA. Dude started shakin' and says what's he look like? I says, wellll he kinda looks, JUST LIKE ME!

He stands there for a few seconds lookin' real stupid and just turns into butter. He was so scared shittin' his pants because I was a half a foot taller than him and a 100lbs heavier. The other guy at the counter caught on and was barely able to stand up.

This went on for several minutes while he tried to figure a way out of it. I rubbed it in. Twisted the knife ya know. I tells him now that I know who he is and who is pals are that if he comes into my room again makin' trouble I'll clobber him. After that he was the nicest guy in LA. We got along swell after that needless to say :)

Can I also become an online asshole ?

One dude always fucked with me online, and i never knew who he was or how he got my screenname.. but I found out it was some fat kid in my Algebra II class in high school... him and I both needed that class to graduate...

I never went to class and had like a 50%(failing) average, and he had about an 85%(passing) average.... once I found out who he was, I stole about $2000 worth of graphing calculators from the class, went in the parkinglot and put them all in his car, and told the teacher "If you move my grade up to a passing percentage, ill tell you who stole the calculators" so she moved my grade up, and I told her how "earlier in the day I saw tylor putting them all in his car..." once teacher/principals checked his car, he got expelled and had to repeat his senior year.. and I got out of highschool with my passing Algebra II grade :thumbsup
