make sure you have a powerfull server before putting all that into your .htaccess

cause every single visitor is going to be cross-checked to every single .htaccess entry

that can easily overload a server.

I have a P2 500 mhz with 128 ram is that good?

talk to your hosting and ask them if it's okay to put all that into .htaccess
