Hey, while we're on that subject, can anyone tell me what the difference between "partly cloudy" and "partly sunny" is?

Should I drink something to get the full effect of the fun?

I have no idea, ive accually wondered that myself a few times.....

Not that you are asking me but I'll try to answer:
Partly cloudy=Sunny day with a bit of cloudy spots
Partly sunny=Cloudy day with a bit of sunny breaks

Does it make sense?
