jesus

Maybe it was an accident and he tried to cover it up. Maybe he put that chocker on to tight. ?

Paul Waters 03-24-2004 04:53 PM

I normally oppose the death sentence unconditionally.

I will make an exception in this case.

That way they will get a Darwin award.

My grandmother's brother was executed in 1955, and no one today claims anything other than that he was innocent and framed.

A book was written about the case, The Coffin Affair.

That is close to home.

well, someone that was executed before you were born is hardly close to home . . . however, let's say it is.

If you are so anti-death penalty, why make an exception in this case?

The CBC did a television documentary about the story in 1992 and the family were not warned. I was present with my grandmother, two of her sisters and my mother when it came on the TV. It was a terrible coincidence that we were together and turned the TV to that channel at that time.

When I cool down, I will return to my anti death penalty position.

Rictor 03-24-2004 05:10 PM

If it really was the photographer, he's definitely no criminal mastermind.

Yes. They just had a story on TV in Toronto.

They claim that an agent warned her, and that she assured them that she knew how to take care of herself.

the story made cnn.com :(

Paraskass 03-24-2004 05:30 PM

why the hell did he suck at covering it up...

Unless it's a setup and somebody killed her after the visit and used those props so they would direct the investigation towards the photographer?

Holly 03-24-2004 05:30 PM

Actually, it might *have* been an accident originally. I heard on Fox that one of the charges against him was "abuse of a corpse". Maybe that meant he stabbed her after she had died, possibly to make sure she was really dead before they dumped her or to make it look like a different kind of crime???

Just speculating. It may be totally unrelated. I know some states/cities have weird legal terms and charges, so it may be something standard for that area.

kosmic 03-24-2004 05:32 PM

Here is more about the story.

Tayler Summer aka Natel King

I don't think it was him. You just can't be that stupid to do what they say he did.

DirtyDanza 03-24-2004 05:35 PM

any links of her in action?

Well, that answers my last post. It says she died from the stab wounds and put up a fight, so someone definitely meant to kill her.

I agree with what you're saying about the stupid part, but it had to be him. She was wearing the ball gag from the shoot and wrapped in his backdrop. Some random killer wouldn't have access to those. Even if she took the gag with her when she walked to the restaurant (which would be highly unlikely), there's no way to explain his backdrop being around her.

PhotoGreggXXX 03-24-2004 05:44 PM

Whew, way to fucking wierd....3 months ago my girlfriend, my video editor and secretary did a shoot with her for the Score group. They're all freaked out about this.

hottoddy 03-24-2004 05:48 PM

Kinda reminds me of Raiderette/model Linda Sobek getting brutally raped, sodomized and murdered by a photographer (Rathbun) during a photoshoot. She was also reported mysteriously "missing" right afterwards, and then they found her grave up in the LA foothills.

Yeah, I thought the same thing. Rathbun picked her up at the Denny's down the street from me, and I happened to be in court one day during the trial, so went in to hear some testimony. He was fucked to be sure.

CheeseFrog 03-24-2004 05:58 PM

WTF, I hate crap like that. Gives legit photographers a bad name. :feels-hot
