CREDIT TO DAVE MELTZER OF WRESTLINGOBSERVER.Kitana Baker, who appeared at Wrestlemania in 2003 in one of the worst sketches ever (she was the brunette Miller cat fight girl) has sued Backyard Wrestling Inc. for $1 million for using her likeness in an X-rated video game. Baker, a former Playboy lingerie model of the year, said she was tricked into signing an open-ended talent release contract when she appeared in a 2002 video, and then they used her to plug hard core products. Baker had agreed to do a strip tease on "Backyard Wrestling Babes," but refused to do any wrestling. In her lawsuit, she claims she was told the video was going to be done in a high-class manner and would not be in any way graphic. Wow, you sign to do Backyard Wrestling Babes and you expect it to be done in a high-class manner.
