Meet Karyn Miller, the strait-laced bean-counter at New Frontier Media, a leading distributor of porno flicks.

"We say adult entertainment," she corrects me with a smile. "We don't use the P-word here."

Miller, 38, thought of becoming a librarian when she was a girl growing up in Columbus, Ohio. In high school and college, she avoided parties to keep straight A's.
