I am getting ready to open a retail store and will be launching a new line of herbal products that need logos.

How much $$ should I pay the winner for any given contest?

How much $$ extra should I pay the winner for final delivery of the logo in print format?

$200 - $300 contest should get a nice response

Instead of wasting numerous people's time, why not just pay someone a reasonable price that does known good work?
