Riddle me this
 

There's a woman, and every day when she goes to work, she gets in the elevator, goes up to the 12th floor, gets off, and proceeds to walk up the stairs to the 24th floor.

At the end of every day, she gets on the elevator, and goes all the way o the first floor, and goes home.

Why does she stop on the 12th floor every morning and walk the stairs?

the stairs are outside the building, so she can enjoy the sun
at night there is no sun, so she just takes the elevator down

make smore sense if you include the raining part and give the full umbrella answer.
