I am finally getting my money that is owed to me from an old billing company, could someone please varify if these numbers are correct for them sending me a $320.78 check? and does anything here look suspicious? Any help would be greatly appriciated...

I am just looking to see what alot of this means, I am not very experienced and would be hoping someone would help me out, I am not sure what to add and what to subtract not that I am lazy, well thats not all I am saying, lol.
