Hey I'm looking for some good mailing list management software needs to support about 1 million emails, send 20k+ an hour, support subscribe, unsubscribe, campaigns, bounces, etc.

Hook me up with something good and I'll mail you to 600k of our double opt-in users.

Depends on your budget and how you want to work with it ... if you have a decent budget lyris is *the* way to go server side, if you want to work from your desktop then I use an app called gamadyne mailer which I think works great :)
