Google's adsense is being ruined by clickbombing scammers:

this is just one guy who got caught.

in case yuo tards didn't know- the reason google's IPO was pulled was because the adsense program is falling apart under massive fraud. from both website owners running bots to click adwords on their own sites via proxies, and by SEO tards doing the same thing to fuck over people competing for a hot keyword by making their conversion rates too low to be profitable.

it's no secret. google's entire source of revenue was the fucking adsense garbage and it just blew up in their faces.

Adsense makes up a small percentage of Google's income. Licensing their SE results to other portals and adwords makes up a majority.

send them the link ;)

As a per-click program operator in the past i know its virtually IMPOSSIBLE to build a scam free, fraud proof click engine.

There are a lot ofs routines and tricks you can build in to detect
fraud and it weeds out 98% of the scammers.

Eventually the only way to know if a user is sending real clicks or scamming your program is by checking the conversion ratio/sales.

And with Adsense or any other 3rd party per-click program its
impossible to view actual conversion/sales.

So google is pretty much fucked with adsense.

Adwords along with licensing makes up the bulk, not adsense. Adsense was just release a few months ago whereas adwords has been around for over a year now.

Advertisers love Google, too. They supply two-thirds of its revenue by purchasing keywords on Google.com and Google's network of affiliates, including America Online.
This was published shortly after adwords was released.

I agree 100%.

Plus, other than the fact that it costs advertisers a lot of money and will make them turn away from using AdWords in the long run, this type of scam does little to hurt Google. I am sure they have some very good mechanisms in place to catch cheaters.

As long as Google reigns king, advertisers don't have a whole lot of options.

Yup, speaking only ad buys (not free traffic), Google still has one of the strongest presences in the industry.

Thats not googles only stream of income, I would guess it does not even make up for 20% of their revenue.

Looks interesting, just not fond of their business model. Seems a bit too greedy to my taste.

yeah.. they're selling a rebadged overture tool for $25.. well with mispellings and a few other things, but the free trial is just overture's tool.. that kinda put me off them.

but it does look interesting.. I wouldn't mind talking to someone who uses one of their products.
