Pay : Depends on you... Could be yearly, monthly, weekly or by the ad (depends on job interview) and a % of every sale generated by that specific ad from any xtremepay.com affiliate using that ads. Only the % could make a very big PAY for ones couple of hours of work...

Like I said someone makes me a HIT concept that took them couple of hours could be actually making this had a couple of hundred and hour job.

I have gotten lots of applicants and couple of them already sent me pretty cool concept...

If I choose any concept people will get paid a base for it and also % of ALL SALES GENERATED for as long as we have affiliates using that so called ad.

Example " Diet Patch ad. Concept... your new year?s resolution of losing weight hasn't showed any results but it's been a pain to work on... Use the patch it's effortless and works ... And we slap a testimonial in there?

I am a fan of the K.I.S.S approach and with an extended background running a 250 employee call center pitching things like AT&T, Sprint, Visa and MC I have participate in Hundreds of advertising campaigns...

Concept must be original; Actual wording of ads needs to be straight to the point... I ain't looking at an explanation of our products I am looking at triggering someone to be interested either with a? Left in his head and gets them curious to click or a smile (funny ad) makes him want to see what is the joke or catch or drama... Make him/her feel bad and want to know what's going on....

Basically I want clickers
