Russia has coutless ships and subs like this just sitting around.. on top of that they have thousands of nukes and can't even keep their weapons off the black market..

IMO Russia can't take care of this suff on it's own, it no longer has the money to do so.. I personally belive the rest of the world has a duty to help Russia get rid of this stuff. Other wise the black market will do it for us..
