Smooth scrolling??
 

I got a new lap top, 2.8 gig with a wireless Lan to get cable speed internet while I'm getting a tan in my backyard.

But the scroll if fucked. It reloads after every few inches I scroll and I can't stand it! I went to internet option and picked smooth scrolling and it still won't scroll smoothly. I don't know where to fix it.

Any suggestions? :helpme
