sleep... ahhh.. wonderful sleep.

I went to bed at around 8 am, and just woke up (6:41 pm...same day). I don't think I've had this much sleep in a loooooooong ass time.

But shit! Now I know I'm gonna be up all night again. :(

Thats such a gooood feeling to wake up in the afternoon with amber light shining in after a day-long nap... Mmmmmmm.

born4porn 03-21-2004 07:37 PM

I woke up around 10 am after working until about 4 a.m, I have to stop sleeping in. :glugglug

You went to bed at 4??? LAZY ASS!

http 03-21-2004 07:42 PM

I am at around 4 am usually and trying to bring it down to 2 am or so :Oh crap

RedShoe 03-21-2004 07:47 PM

it's hard. I hate just lying in bed and feeling like I could be doing something with my sites. I suppose it's all relative.

Like if I started waking up at 4 AM I'd probably be going to sleep at 11:pm... but I just can't get into that groove.

Lately I've been getting up at 9 and sleepin at around 4:30 - 5:00
Giving me just 4 hours a night. I've been on that for a few weeks now.

TweetyBird 03-21-2004 07:56 PM

.. I doubt you'll be able to keep up with such a crazy rhythm

RedShoe 03-21-2004 08:12 PM

no what happens is I stay on that for a few months, then have a weekend where I practically sleep all weekend, and the cycle repeats. I've been like that for as long as I can remember. But if you say it won't continue, well then I have no reason not to believe you.

Uberman's sleep schedule

I'm curious to see how effective this would be. Twenty minute naps every four hours.

kowntafit 03-22-2004 01:02 AM

The less sleep you have had, the better it feels to go to sleep.

It could work well for a few days, but I don't think someone could keep that up for longer than a week...and once you do go back to 'normal' you're going to sleep 20 hours just to catch up

pimplink 03-22-2004 02:48 AM

Nothing can beat the stillness of a sound sleep....

hova 03-22-2004 02:52 AM

Sleeping is a wonderful, but waking up can be wonderful too. Fuck it, life is just wonderful

I do the same exact shit... it's ambition, pure and true.

I can't sit idle at any point and just relax, I'm always thinking of what i could/should be doing.

Sleep the great meditation! :)

Living For Today 03-22-2004 05:17 AM

I have serious sleep deprivation lately. It's not good. That's what you get working round the clock and having exams as well.

Rorschach 03-22-2004 05:44 AM

Sleep is for the weak.

Mr. Marks 03-23-2004 11:01 PM

Having a long deep sleep is always the best! I wish I can sleep that long. I need the rest.
