Question..

I'm starting up a different kind of TGP/freesite in a few days. My question, how much traffic do I need to get it off the ground? This will be my first TGP. It's not like all the other TGP's, I came up with a pretty cool concept..

Is it a good idea to not skim at all until I get the site rolling?

Don't do it.. If you don't have the traffic already, you can't start a TGP.

and skimmed traffic is some of the worst, you would be better off sending them to the gallery like they were expecting

I make more money with a 2k tgp that does not skim than a 20k tgp that skims

and I hate skim milk, tastes like water :)
