It is 1:30 a.m. and my dinner, which I ate at 6:00 p.m., is sitting in my stomach like a big greaseball. I can't sleep.

I had lots of onion rings, beef and barley soup, a 3/4 lb hamburger steak with gravy, grilled toast with au jus and a baked potato with butter. Then two big pieces of lemon cake.

I had chicken and salad...got to get in shape again for the summer. :winkwink:

It was good at the time but I wish I hadn't had it now.

Birthday dinner for my inlaws at their favorite restaurant.

That sounds nasty. I never feel that way altho I am a vegetarian and am extremely conscious of what I eat. :)

damn you i have been trying to supress the urge for cake all day
