i feel sorry for really fat children because it's the parents responsibilty and it's child abuse. Kids are cruel and if my kid was a tubby I would have him/her on a diet. Actually, I would never let it happen in the first place.
As for adults, some I do, but not when I see fattys eating donuts and french fries. Then it's their own fault.

I feel sympathy for stupid people.. They can't change what they are. Fat people can diet. As for my kids, they are just perfect, not an inch to pinch, and if I don't have a perfect body anymore because I sacrificed that to have my perfectly wonderful children, oh fucking well :P

What about the growth hormones in meat that affect the thyroid hormones. Even if you think you are eating healthy, the meat products can alter your thyroids production of T3 and T4, which is responsible for our metabolism.

I know a lot of fat kids on diets.

I turned completly vegetarian for a year and ate no animal products whatsoever. I lost 10 pounds in the first two months.
My calorie intake didn't change at all, but I was able to burn calories more efficiently. I had my T3 and T4 levels checked at the begining and at the end and the rise was significant.

When parents ask me about their ovrweight kids not responding to reduced calorie diets, I suggest getting their levels checked and it's amazing how many come back and say that they were really low.

So the people I feel sorry for are the ones who after gaining information, choose to do nothing with it.

Actually, I feel sorry for fat people. Not for them being fat but how they are treated in public. A skinny person can pig-out in public and not get one glaring look but an obese person it is another story.

Damn, people are stupid. My overweight niece in-law makes fun of obese people all the time. One day I would like to tell her that she is fat but that would be rude.
