E-BAY question.....

HI,
I am thinking of selling my car via e-bay motors..I am wondering if I am able to provide Ebay with my own template to sell my car.. I do not simply want to upload my pics..this is too basic...
I have seen some cool gals such as this one:

WIll ebay allow me to upload my gal and for how much???
ANybody has experience with this??
