A friend of mine's dad brought home pictures he took from the first Iraq war. Him and other solders were holding guns to dead Iraqi's heads, Positioning these same dead iraqis to make them look like they were blowing eachother. Making one fondle the basketball sized testicles of another... and so on.

Shit like that is wrong. There are always bad apples in the bunch.

Yes, I turned him in to OSI (Office of Special Investigations). My other friends mother was the top ranking OSI officer on the military base we lived on.
This guy was court martialed and is probably still in prison.

so what part surprised you? the fact that our soldiers acted in that manner ( cops and prison guards here do it everyday) or that the government was actually going to prosecute one of our own for fighting ruthlessly in a ruthless war.... caused by our ruthless leadr? if anyone should be prosecuted for misconduct.... I would start at a higher position than the soldiers!

I'm shocked that CNN is openly reporting this .. considering that none of my American friends had heard a single thing about the friendly fire incident that killed 4 Canadians when a pair of American pilots took it upon themselves to drop bombs on a Canadian live fire excersise in Afghanistan shortly after Canada deployed toops there to help our American neighbours.

nothing is done to bad soldiers for the most part, unless you kill your own. High ran soldiers are not even informing proper authorities of the rapes.
