Real Estate has turned into a gambling bubble around here, i can't wait for it to blow up in anyone's faces.

A lot of real estate prices look already very high to me. Last week my partner got a quote for a new apartment on a semi-good suburb of Athens and it goes for $5-6k per sq. meter! That's plain sick.
