Is Ritalin Bad for Adults?
 

A friend of mine got through medical school using it and now she swears by it! I think I have a mild to medium case of ADD and she said it would help me concentrate better. When she took it she would sit down and study for 10 hours straight and retain most of what she studied! I can't sit still for more than 15 minutes before something else has my attention.

Any truth to this or should I just avoid it all together? :helpme

It's a good drug.

It does have some nasty side effects (ticks) Uncontroled mucal spaz..

It's Rilatin, and I should stay away from it if I were you. You could really "go bad". Your brains will start cooking and you'll start hearing voices and all......

Anyway: it's not healthy if you don't need them for a medical reason.....

it mellows hyper kids out but is very bad for adults... its like speed for adults.

Oh and it is used to increase your attention span. Back in the day a friend of mine had add, and twitched all the time and shit. Like he would be contstantly moving the world wasn't exciting enought for him. It calmed him down and helped him focus.
