I get a lot of members who say they joined due to the basic look of the site.

Members stay for at least 8 months.

I have chatted a lot to webmasters and find that my stats are far better then theirs. So, I will never get a pro to design the site.

I do very well. So if it aint broke, why change?

allan lemme know if you want that site revamped a bit, i got plenty of time on my hands. a new header logo on the inside and a new font on the warning page would definately be in order.

I personally like site designs like that better than professional ones. They seem to have a more personal touch. :2 cents:

Looks like you have good content, and the simple design is fine, but within two clicks I didn't see a single bit of flesh....


Some well-placed decorative thumb-sized images on the main page would make a huge difference as far as brightening it up and adding some color.
