This reminds me of the time we had an inmate in the ER who had cut off his one testicle because he wanted to be a "woman". He was in SOOOO much pain after cutting off the one testicle, that he didn't have the "balls" (evil grin) to cut off his other one. He was like "ohhhhhh, it hurt's so bad, why does it hurt sooo bad" and we were like "duh, what did you expect"?
