ccbill kinda sucks these days!?!?!
 

Hi all

anyone else experiencing problems with ccbill stats and "bad"/"less good" ratios these days?

I for one is groving very tired of the way ccbill is handling their stats area, and bug submissions...

Several times each week I'm not albe to use the stats area at all or only at a small degree.
Every time I submit a bug, they answer like I was 5 years old and totally new to Internet :mad:

Me alone or is this the way ccbill goes?

not having any problems here, it has only gotten better over time...

ok - are you using the "break down by url" options?
and spanning over a payweek and so on?

I've never been able to log in with the java option. If I log on with the High Resolution no java I'm fine.

No complaints. Their ratios are much better lately than they have ever been and they pay like clockwork.

No problems here. Of course ratios could ALWAYS be better, even if they're 1:2, they can always be 1:1. :winkwink:

I only login to my stats 1-2 times a week but it always works. The MAIN stat that I check is the "check amounts" option. As long as that works, I'm straight.

I hate ccbill stats; I used to check them several times a day but now I only check about once every two weeks.

CCbill and Epoch are in a contest to see who can make their stats slower. I love the Epoch "Totals" field that never shows the grand total.

My gut instinct is telling me something is wrong at ccbill.........over the years with many processors, there have been days that fluctuate..........but what I am hearing and experiencing is wild wild swings at ccbill, where one wonders if they are virtually shutting down the joint some days in order to claw back CB's and avoid outlandish fines.......

whats happening over there is not good and is wrecking many a webmasters business plan or model with this type of inconsistency. Think I am exaggerating? Ask other webmasters..........when ccbill turns up the scrub to avoid fines, new SU's grind to a fucking halt.

Its no way to run a business and makes me wonder about them long-term.

I'm always seeing shit like this on the boards and have no idea what anyone is talking about. My own experience with CCBill, both as a site owner and pushing a few sites as an affiliate is almost always excellent.

To be honest the last week was about 30% slower than usual but February and early march were blistering, all time record highs. Its the nature of the business, huge swings, but novel sites with kick ass content will always do better every year and tired crappy sites will continue to sink.

I look at CCBill stats a lot. Even the declines I got going to a secondary processor, and from what I see they are mostly declining only people who fail the secondary too.

I'm up over 100% with CCBill from last year same site sales, with the same traffic, so if they somehow manage to shave or scrub someone they are doing it selectively.

i have no problems accessing my stats. but i have noticed conversion ratios suck this month.

yes, i have too this problem with my ccbill account ....

Sales last 1 week been a little slow prolly cos of the March break, picking up today it seems otherwise, february was good beginning of this month was good too.

CCbill work nice last days.
