Where do I get this tgp script?

I see it on quite a few tgp's, I like the layout and idea, www.boneprone.com uses it...Something similiar would be good. Who sells it?

http://www.tgptools.com doesn't seem to want to load for me and thats the script company at the bottom of BP's site...
