i switched from the regular coke, coffee and tea to WATER..

I always thought "coke, coffee and tea IS water with some
additives so whats the fucking difference?"

BUT... i feel like im born again..

If you feel demotivated, tired and shitty all day.. try switching
to simply water for 48 hours and youll feel much better..its a fucking miracle.

I know what you mean...a litre of water per day is the goal...you'll piss a lot but feel great.

i drink about 5 or 6 litres of water a day. feel great but the only thing is i piss alot.

Your going to fuck up your kidneys drinking that much...too much water is also a bad thing..they suggest 8 glasses per day and I dont think the average person drinks that much

i cut soda out of my diet completly and felt great. got back into the habit of drinking it again though. got me thinking baout how good i felt WITHOUT any of it. time to call the Culliganman to double up my delivery! lol

everyone - such as myself - that has been on diets knows about drinking tons of water. Feel great when I do it but not the easiest habbit to get into and stay into.

Is beer better? It makes you gain weight.. I drink mineral water and green tea without sugar and a lot.

Since the human body is 50-75% water, depending on fat content, it makes sence for water consumption to greatly effect our health Too bad its so boring to drink...

I normally drink a lot of water but during the winter I fell back into a bad habit of drinking a lot of sodas...however I bought a bunch of cases this last weekend...it's getting warm again so it's back to soda's *maybe* for meals....I drink a ton during the day like 6-8 20oz bottles of water a day.

i dont see how drinking 5-6 litres would hurt your kidneys if anything it would help them

i have never heard any doctor say drink water but remember dont drink too much it may harm you

I used to be hooked on coke drank 6-10 a day. Now i am drinking water almost 100% of the time and when i drink a coke it tastes like shit to me. Also water is sooooo much better when you have a hangover, coke just makes it worse.
