I'm using Outlook 2003.

I use their medium junk email setting and find it works pretty well.

I also have a rule set up that bounces attachments unless they come from somebody in my address book.

I've had to add other rules to get other virus/spam emails, but all in all it's working pretty well.

Funny when I get up in the morning and do a send/receive .. I see it collecting 200+ pieces of mail, but I get maybe 5 in my inbox.

Listen to this guy... Go to http://spampal.org/ for your free copy. The reason it works so well is that it uses a combination of technologies, (i.e, blocklists, Regex, Baysian) and stupid spammers cannot get through all of them.

Also its written by James Farmer, a well known ANTI-SPAMMER, and good guy. Check out the site. They have a pretty big user forum too.
