 People that make too much $ and shouldn't 
		
		
		What kind of people just make way too much money and don't deserve it. 
	1) Real Estate Agents: They want 5% for any type of property. So for a $200K they get $10000 and some sells a few of those a month. 2) Dealerships: They give you $2000 for your trade in value and sell the car for about $5000. Then they sell you a car that you want to buy for $2000 more again. So they earn $5000 just off you alone.  | 
		
 they got businesses to run and people to pay too you know....  
	you expect them to do for you for free?  |

 3) Internet pornographers, they have the gall to charge $30-40 per month for content I can see for free in newsgroups and on TGP/MGP's

 Its not about how ridiculous their profit margin is, its the fact that people will still buy houses / cars from them.  
	Why do you think so many people want to be estate agents, lawyers, stock brokers etc. because if you know what your doing, there is a lot of money to be earned. Just like pornography  |

 They make a lot of money, but it is a business like any other with downturns.  When the real estate market is cold, agents don't make much if anything at all.  
	When we bought our place, the agent told us that not many people buy in the winter, who wants to go out in the rain....so it is a season of lean months Quote:

 I think sales in general depending on what you are selling can seem lucrative on paper, like with the $10K off of a $200K listing, but in reality its a different story. There are advertisement costs, payments to brokerages and so forth, and of course you arent garaunteed to even sell one house a month.
