Goodwill is good, but you might have a local charity for disabled.. they generally take clothing donations as well.

ADL_Christy 03-18-2004 12:36 PM

Goodwill is as good as any. As long as you donate somewhere!

Goodwill. :thumbsup Of course that's a personal preference of mine, but it employ's people and the money from the sales goes back into the program.

Goodwill or Salvation Army. If you go to a recycling depot there is usually a salvation army box that you can toss the stuff in

Big Bros/Big Sisters. Lord knows kids today need someone positive to look up to and dress like.

SykkBoy 03-18-2004 12:43 PM

Goodwill and Salvation Army

hmmm.... on second thought, they're all adult size clothes, so giving this stuff to kids probly won't be much help.

looks like Goodwill is the answer then.

Try a local church. There is a local church that takes clothes and gives them to the less fortunates. If you want to make some cents of them, try the local thrift shop.

nah, I'm not looking to make any cash on it... just wanna give it to someone that really needs it.

I don't think BB/BS takes donations. Goodwill, the Salvation Army or a local church will be your best bets. We have a local thrift store here that's run by the church where I always take everything.

Edited to add that I don't think BB/BS takes MATERIAL donations ;)
