I don't think so.
You get what you pay for.
There ain't no real webmaster that will do a good job for $1 or $2 an hour. You will get 3rd world worker, they may be good people.
Keep in mind that whoever is selling you those cheap workers is probably making 30 to 50% on them.
So, stop crying and start paying :mad:

You have to use cheap labor for grunt work ie: galleries.

Have a pro make initials templates and have the grunts do the duplication and just swap pics and shit

And even for galleries, if you use cheap labor, they will eventually fuck up your bottom line

I don't really think that using cheap labor for gallery descriptions and grunt work like juicy said will fuck up your bottom line. And as far as more intensive labor goes, the person who doesn't do a test run of the product, like say, have them encode 7 scenes out of the 400 you need done to see if you like them in the first place. If they do a good job theres no reason not to use them.
