Not judging the service since we don't know all the answers here yet...but I do believe this may be the 2nd offense by outsourced work in the past month.

First one I do believe might have been the copy of qmovies.com that was thrown about here for a day or two.

First of all I?m not online 24/7 and if any client has an issue I will resolve it, I?m human and have to sleep.
We don't run away or turn off ICQ to clients, which would be a bit childish.

We are looking into it now and from the records we have originally you wanted something done like madthumbs.com according to my log files of which our designer was very reluctant to copy someone else?s site.

We don't copy work or sites, the font we used to do your logo is a font man, not copied from any other site at all and even if you compare the two they are not the same, however they have similarity

If you are that un-happy with our work then we will be happy to re-design it and give you an extra design for free.

I think you're missing the point..they are not referring to the font..but the whole concept of the header.

The bars on the header are exactly the same as the ones on juicyloads and then the font with the cum dripping out..come on man it's too obvious.

It's not about the font but the fact that it's SO easy to see that a big part of the header background is a copy of Juicyloads.

You guys really need a lesson in how to make productive TGP design.
I bet that TGP don't get any bigger than 5k-10k.

So, your designer copied from another site. I have clients all the time saying they want something like...but I don't put them in the position of defending themselves once I deliver a design.

Frankly, neither design is very original. Bold text and cum dripping off has been done alot. I believe Webinc did the original Juicyloads.

Outsourcing firms are best used as supplement grunt work: galleries, FPAs, banners based on the original work of an expert designer.

It's like shopping around for a boob job. Do you go to the cheapest plastic surgeon or the best plastic surgeon?

Hire awesome designers for your front page and cheap designers for all your other pages.

If they give you examples of what they like, that's just a good tip . You can be innovative at the same time too !

I ask clients what they like and dislike. From their feedback, I give them an original design that they can be proud of and not be called on. However, I don't do it for it for pennies:)

XXXOUTSOURCING is going to talk to the designer that did that, so their is still to hear from that designer other then that it's not the company's fault it's the designer's fault. But the company should of caught this.

It wasn't copy / past ... But hell yeah it was copied . Look at the lines . Not 1 pixel difference . He just coped that part and did a ctrl+t on a background layer . He was too lazy to even re-do it himself his own way ...
