35 and up smells like pussy to me.

umm i think i trust per signup more than revshare. people with revshare usually shave by making 1 rebill max, etc.

I avoid most persignup sponsors like the plague, especially if they're new.

hard to say, if it is a reasonable payout then sure, but if the membership costs 29.95 and they are giving 35 pps then some redflags would appear :) thats why i like to stick to a reasonable pps for those who want it..
