Did you chose the 399 option or the registration of business option?
Not too sure ... but even if i chose the 399 options, its said a dutch tax id will be issued to me, so what implications will it have?

Did you get the step 2 forms that require the notarized copies?

I think you are talking about the Step 1 "Gathering Information" form.

Yes, I proceeded with step 2 and sent them the notarized copies already.

Got mine, sent them back (Option 2) and chose to have the money deducted in installments.

We sent the Step One MS Word document back on the 10th and have not heard anything back yet.

Are these things required for clients out of EU only? I have not heard anything at all from them about this.

This all has to be done by the first so it is getting a bit tight. In fact if you don't have a passport you are probably screwed as it is too late to get one in time.
