axelcat 03-17-2004 02:08 PM

Nice but very dangerous

riosluts 03-17-2004 02:09 PM

doesnt that seem a bit damages. no seatsbelt or airbags

cluck 03-17-2004 02:10 PM

I don't see why it's so dangerous. Worst case you hit the parachute and lose an expensive toy.

Manowar 03-17-2004 02:12 PM

you should get a large fan and strap it to your back, ultimate freedom

While I was taking a rest a little while ago I got the idea that i'd get a hang glider and some small jet engines and see if I could get the thing to stay in the air. A little googling later and I've found my new business goal: Buy one of these.

In the United States a trike can be flown as an "ultralight." The FAA governs ultralights under Federal Aviation Regulation 103. FAR 103 states that an FAA pilot?s license is not required to fly an ultralight. Nor must the flying machine be certified by the government.

NICE! NO LICENSE!

You can't fly it over a city though. But really, once in a while how would they find out? I can get from a congested city to a rural area around here within 10-15 minutes. Just say you took a wrong turn :thumbsup
