I've traveled the world many times and believe that San Diego is the best place to live in the world.
You can't beat the year round beauty and nice weather. If you're into looking at beautiful women, they have tons to view. I've lived there for over 4 years and still miss it. nothing beats that beach vibe or bayside atmosphere. Very peaceful and also very fun. There might be more beautiful locations around the world, I'm just saying it's the best to live in. |

Australasia
Of the world?s 20 most expensive cities, half are in Asia, with Tokyo being the most expensive city globally. Osaka takes 3rd position (112.2), followed by Hong Kong (111.6) and Beijing (105.1). Though Japan is experiencing deflation for the fourth consecutive year, the appreciation of the yen against the US dollar makes Japanese cities among the costliest in the world. [Mercer?s quality of life survey results, published in March 2003 compared 215 cities world-wide and evaluated them by 39 quality of life factors including political, economic, and environmental factors, personal safety and health, education, transport and other public services.] Globally, New Zealand and Australian cities remain relatively cheap, though Auckland and Wellington have gained 25 places in the table, and are now in positions 115 and 117 respectively. In Australia, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth occupy positions 111, 121, 124, and 126 respectively. Sydney is the only Australian city among the world?s 100 most expensive cities, at position 67 with a score of 73.7. Though their scores have increased this year, these cities rate among the highest for quality of life. :thumbsup |
