Very weird,

two of my domains:

yestarday -> pr6 , some time ago, pr4, now it's pr6 again...

yestarday -> pr5 , some time ago, pr4, now it's pr6 ..

google results are changing alot these days...

looks like they hav eremoved a backlink filter which they added a couple months back.

Can anyone shed some light as to why some of my domains show a PR5 for http://domain.com but http://www.domain.com shows a PR3?

Because you have people linking to http://domain.com and not enough to http://www.domain.com way to go! :thumbsup Google thinks these are seperate domains, try a mod rewrite to fix :Graucho

I bought several expired domains about sixteen months ago, only to see them go PR0 when google implemented the expired domains penalty to slow down the expired domain harvesting frenzy.

Today all these domains are finally showing PR2 and PR3, which is about right for the links they have. Nice to see that good domains aren't *permanently* fucked by the expired domains penalty. Looks like, roughly speaking, it sits on there for a year, which is not so terrible if you're buying domains for their long term development potential.

Just ran through the apache mod_rewrite manual and didn't see anything. Can you help me out? :Graucho
