Breitling makes nice watches. That particular one is a bit gaudy but compared to those fucking new money monstrosities that started this thread, it's very nice.

A watch face shouldnt look so busy that you have to look for more than 3 seconds to know the time

While very nice pieces, the function of these watches is not so much to tell time, rather to be expensive jewelry. They are hardly more than diamond bracelets, not exactly what I would consider a 'manly' watch.
