I do have a serious question about this...

How do they keep from getting infection? I mean...feces is
teeming with bacteria...and I'm wondering how the women
who are involved with this manage to avoid infection or if they
do at all....any girl who has had a good old UTI (and thats everyone at least once Im sure) knows what I'm talking about.

Fecal matter normally contains mild strains of E. Coli so I've
