Which sponsor has remote email boxes that permanently stamps the email address with my affiliate code?

I don't want to get paid per email, I want to get paid for any sales made through their weekly mailings or whatever, for the life of that email address I sent.

CEmags pays you $1.50/email + 50% of all dialer revenue + $15/upsell for the life of that subscribed email (i.e. from all subsequent newsletters that email receives as long as it has not unsubscribed).
