I got a business plan for ya in my pants.

sure I have one...

about 10 pages long. steadily working towards the end of the first page as we speak. so far so good.

Tried to write one a while ago, but this shit changes so fast I'd be updating it every day to keep it current. The only plan I have is all the shit swirling around in my THC riddled, alcohol pickledd brain.

Its gotten me farther than I ever thought I'd get in life (monetarily at least), so why change now?

A prof. from Yale or one of those big schools asked a 1000 students if they wrote a plan down. 90% said no. Of the 10% that did all were highly successful! :2 cents:

a business plan is nice for a static type of industry, but not for the net. technology changes too fast online, and so do laws.
what was good only a year ago no longer works today.

only real plan is to make money. if you are going to do adult its changing and you have to change or die.

that is the plan.

in the short time I have been at this I have seen Visa (chargebacks), Ash/Cr*ft wants to put everyone in jail, and Accacia and I think there will be more assholes to deal with.

how do you plan for that?

I think it is a game of do the best you can, and try to control your risks.

I have a brand new business plan every business day so i do have a business plan

i have about an a4 page covered in stuff, its a very disorganised business plan. but i make changes to it all the time and rewrite it about once every 2-3 weeks. i am always getting more ideas or changing my mind on which direction i want to go in.

wise man once say...

"A business without a plan, is a business planning to fail"

Have you written yours down?

We have two business plans. The first plan is 20 pages long... and growing. It's being used to raise money for our new venture.

The OTHER plan is our 'working plan' which we think of as a roadmap. We use it to keep us on course.

Both plans change as the opportunity evolves.

Some believe that a business without a business plan ISN'T a real business. I believe that it IS a very valuable business tool that can help one to thrive.

Business plan is more for VC money or a possible sale of your business.

I do the budget for the upcoming months on the first of every month and total up all of my revenues every day to see how I'm doing in terms of staying within the budget.

Business plan is good to have.
I always have one, although it does change with the times.
