yo yesterday i thought i had issues but i was able to make a few transactions......tonight, i tried one transaction 5 times and it denied me. wtf

I paid out $800 today with no problems.

I'm having trouble sending money to my bank account.

I seem to recall there were problems the last few days as well but paypal was trying to increase their capacity.

No problems here but will be upset in two days if paypal does not work.
